2. Billing and Payments

This Billing and Payments policy applies to all services and work contracted through Lux Domus Contracting Group LLC via our official website, www.LuxPainters.com.

Payment Terms for Painting & Contracting Services

• A formal quote and service agreement will be provided prior to any work commencing.
• A 50% deposit is required to schedule and begin all residential and commercial painting or handyman service projects.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change based on scope adjustments or material changes.
• Applicable sales tax will be added based on local and state regulations.

Design Consultation & Color Selection

• Complimentary color consultations are available for qualifying projects.
• Any design assistance outside of our standard scope (e.g., wallpaper pattern sourcing, color renderings) may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

Payment Methods

• We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH transfers.
• All card payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant systems with SSL encryption to protect your sensitive information.

High-Risk or Suspicious Transactions

• For your protection, transactions flagged as high-risk may require identity verification before work can proceed.
• Verification may include a valid photo ID or billing confirmation matching the payment method.

Project Adjustments & Cancellations

• Any changes to scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
• Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover incurred costs.

Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

• Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased.
• If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the finished work, we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue per the service agreement terms.
